VIVISTAR Fiber Optic Display Lighting VIVISTAR offers an integrated fiber optic solution that provides design freedom to create any type of display lighting while controlling every detail and nuance in color, shadow and light. Our fiber optics is designed with a compact size and unique look, featuring the squama structure, which offers highly efficient heat dissipation. The Fiber Optics fixture is constructed of die cast aluminum and mounts on a flat surface. It uses a lamp with a 3100K color temperature and 3500 hour potential life. Light outlets are available with different lenses for beam angles ranging from 10 to 45 degrees. The swing angle of the light outlet is up to 60 degrees when installed. Light generators ensure precision color temperature control for perfect balance and a uniform look. A very high color rendering is achieved, with CRI values above 90. Concealed lenses in the VIVISTAR fittings eliminate glare and reflections, and the light can be controlled with exact precision. For cabinet lighting, fiber optic light fittings are placed inside the cabinet to achieve perfect harmony between the light, the object and the display, to prevent glare on the outer glass surface or showcase. General, wash and accent lighting can be balanced in the same display and operated from a single light generator. Many fittings can be operated form a single light source, creating multiple points of light cast in many directions inside the display. Precise light control creates a sparkling effect to highlight every facet of every individual item on display. Fiber optics deliver Cold Light, which provides perfect conditions for in-case temperature and humidity control. The Cold Light eliminates heat, infrared and ultraviolet rays that degrade (degradation) ancient artifacts, artwork, valuables or perishables, and prevents air circulation and dust, so the interior stays clean while minimizing maintenance of airtight fittings. The light generator, which is always located outside the display, is completely concealed from view yet easily accessible.
